This week in Hampshire 1, our highlights of the week have been:
In Science we have been exploring the weather in science. The children enjoyed making windsocks and learning how to measure different types of weather.
In English, we have been writing a fact file about hummingbirds.
In maths, we have been learning how to weigh objects using measuring scales.
In geography, the children challenged themselves to draw the Shard from memory.
Thank you to the wonderful mothers who were able to attend our Mother’s Day celebration and learn more about the strategies we use for learning in class. I hope you all have a lovely Mother’s Day celebration on Sunday.
