For this week’s home learning task, we would like you think about what plants need to grow and be ready to share this in your Science lesson next week. You can draw pictures or write sentences to help you remember what you discover!
This task is split into 'key challenges', so everyone can choose at least one part to work on. You can pick the keys that feel right for you. Most children will try to complete all of the keys, but you can challenge yourself by choosing the ones that make you think harder and help you learn more about the topic. Be curious and do your best!

Reading
Please ensure you hear your child read regularly and record on Boom Reader using the parent app on your tablet/mobile no more than once a week:
You can record their school reading book or a book they are enjoying from home.
Children who have a class reading book should bring this book to and from school each day. When they have finished reading their current book, children are asked to complete a quiz before choosing the next one:

Children who have a Read Write Inc. book sent home on Friday with speed sounds to practise are asked to bring these back in on Wednesdays.
