How to log in to book your child’s place

1. Go to https://southborough.magicbooking.co.uk.

2. Click the "Forgot password?" link.

3. You will then be asked to enter an email address; you must use the personal email address which is registered with the school Current parents can check this by logging onto Arbor to view the email address we hold. For parents with children new to Southborough please contact Mrs Garner in the main office if you are unsure. 

4. You will then be sent a "reset password" email containing a link - please click the link in this email to create a new password for MagicBooking.

5. Once you have created a password you will be able to log into https://southborough.magicbooking.co.uk with your registered email and new password to book your child’s place.

6. You will receive an automated email confirmation from MagicBooking once you have secured your child’s place.

Breakfast Club

Monday - Friday 7.15-8.20am. 

£6.50 per session. Breakfast is served at 8am. 

Familiar, skilled Southborough staff create a welcoming and relaxed start to the day as soon as children walk through the Breakfast Club door. The children have a wide range of activities to choose from before having breakfast together at 8a.m before a smooth transition to their classrooms at 8.20am. 

Keys Club - After school care

Monday - Friday until 6p.m.

A perfect setting to have fun with school friends and family, without having to leave our school site.

Familiar, skilled Southborough School staff are ready to welcome your child to Keys Club after school each day. Staff personalise and plan activities to cater to the interests of your child. Your child will be encouraged to initiate and lead their own play with their Keys Club friends, and choose activities and resources to help them relax and unwind after a busy school day. There is always a wide selection of activities and resources available, including toys, arts and crafts, board games, role-play, table football, construction, sports & games and reading. Other activities such as cooking, woodland challenges and gardening are also planned for the children to enjoy on a regular basis.

June & July 2026 

Half session (until 4:15 p.m.) £8 per child per session

Full session (until 5:00 p.m.) £14 per child per session (Light tea option available*)

Extended session (until 5:30 p.m.) £15 per child per session (Light tea option available*)

Late session (until 6p.m.) £20 per child per session (Light tea option available*)

Please note spaces are limited and due to high demand, we strongly recommend you book at least monthly in advance to secure your child’s place. Government Tax Free Childcare & Childcare vouchers welcomed

*Please see the light tea sample menu below. Parents can add this at a cost of £2.50 per child per session.
