This term we explore 'Joy' and what that means for Christians in the run up to and during Advent.
As a Christian value, Joy is taught as an inner enduring happiness that comes from a relationship with God. It is cultivated through a positive school environment, celebrating success, and encouraging children to find joy in their daily lives, relationships, and learning. This value is promoted at Southborough School by fostering contentment, celebrating achievements, and helping children appreciate the good in their lives and community.
